HR Intern (#臺灣引路人計畫專屬職缺)
工作內容：
Key Responsibilities
◎ Internship Program Support
• Assist with the coordination and execution of internship programs, including orientation sessions, networking events, and related activities
• Support event planning, scheduling, and logistics management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations
◎ Administrative & Data Support
• Maintain and update databases and records for internship programs
• Assist with data consolidation, basic analysis, and reporting for internship and campus programs
• Handle daily administrative tasks to support operational efficiency
◎ Campus Engagement Planning
• Support the brainstorming and execution of campus outreach and recruitment initiatives
需求條件：
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program; rising seniors or graduate students are preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and conducting basic analysis
• Proactive, responsible, and skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
