● Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various media and e-commerce platforms.
● Support the team in content creation, social media management, and online promotional activities.
● Analyze and report on campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
● Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
● Handle a short-term project focused on e-commerce, contributing to strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing decisions.

● Drive the implementation and usage of e-learning platform and modules to elevate participants’ product knowledges, sales pitch, skin expertise and further enhance luxury retail journey.
● Support the organization and execution of training sessions, workshops, and webinars for internal and retail teams.
● Assist in analyzing training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics, aligning with methodologies used by tier-one brands.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Retail team to ensure educational content aligns with brand objectives.
● Provide administrative support for training logistics, such as scheduling, communication, and resource coordination.
