    你將不只是內容的產出者，更是商品的推手。你的任務是結合對 ACGN 的熱愛與行銷邏輯，將商品轉化為粉絲想收藏的「內容」，提升品牌影響力與銷售轉化。

    1.商品導向內容企劃：配合品牌行銷檔期（如新片上映、角色生日、電玩展），針對商品進行社群貼文發想（IG/FB/Threads）。
    2.ACGN 專題策展：撰寫 ACGN 深度文章、評論或推廣文，透過高品質文字建立粉絲信任，達成「種草」效果。
    3.帶貨型影音創作：製作以商品為核心的短影音（Reels/TikTok），透過剪輯與創意呈現產品賣點，吸引目光。
    4.自有商品參與：參與品牌自有週邊產品的開發討論，從粉絲視角提供開發建議、定價參考及行銷策略。
    5.社群互動與維護：管理社群評論，維持品牌形象，並從粉絲反饋中捕捉潛在的商品需求。

    【主要職責】
    一、ACGN 生成式 AI 技術研究與應用探索
    1. 角色與視覺生成研究
    ◆ 研究角色一致性生成技術，探索多視角、多表情、多姿態的生成方法。
    ◆ 調查畫風控制與風格遷移的最新技術(如 LoRA、ControlNet、IP-Adapter 等)
    ◆ 探索角色設計工作流程中的 AI 輔助應用,如概念草圖生成、色彩方案建議等
    ◆ 實驗 3D 角色生成與 2D-3D 轉換技術

    2. 故事與劇本生成研究
    ◆ 研究 AI 在世界觀建構、情節發展、對話撰寫等創作任務的應用潛力
    ◆ 探索長篇敘事的連貫性控制與角色性格維持技術
    ◆ 調查互動式敘事與分支劇情生成的實現方法
    ◆ 實驗多模態敘事工具(文字+圖像+聲音整合)

    3. 程序化內容生成 (PCG) 研究

    As an AI Research & Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects that combine software engineering with AI-related technologies. The scope may evolve based on team priorities, but your work will be AI-adjacent and product-oriented—spanning areas such as AI-enabled applications, developer productivity, workflow automation, and/or customer-facing features.

    You will collaborate with engineers to explore opportunities, implement prototypes or production-ready components, and validate outcomes through experiments and measurable results.

    【Key Responsibilities】

    Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product and platform needs, and identify opportunities where AI can improve user experience, quality, or efficiency.

    Research and experiment with AI techniques/tools (e.g., LLM-based features, automation, retrieval/search, summarization, classification) and assess feasibility, trade-offs, and risks.

    Build software components or applications that integrate AI capabilities into existing systems (internal tools and/or customer-facing products).

    Design and run lightweight evaluations (quality, latency, cost, reliability) and iterate based on findings.

    Write clear documentation (design notes, experiment results, usage guides) and deliver a final report/demo.

    Adapt to new tasks and priorities as they evolve during the internship.
